*In 2018 Chef Collins life was forever changed when she was introduced to CBD for Chronic Back Pain after a motor vehicle accident in October 2014. With a appetite for knowledge, Chef Collins learned to combine food and Cannabis in creative ways that are both nutritious and will help alleviate serious health issues.  Cooking with Cannabis for Health & Wellness has been extremely beneficial for Retired Professional Athlete that suffer with CTE and kids with Epileptic Seizures. As Cannabis legalization marches forward, and the plant continues to be recognized for its numerous medicinal benefits, more people are coming forward to tell the world how it helps them heal and aids  in their recovery. In Cooking with Cannabis, Chef Collins focus is heavy on quality ingredients and techniques that enhances food flavor for healing.  


Owners Executive Chef Meshelle Collins and CEO, Cynthia Sledge have provided Professional Chef Services, Event Chef Catering and Traveling Chef Services for over fifteen years to a great number of colleagues and business associates across the USA. This domestic due enjoys traveling and discovering new places with exotic foods, hence the name, Chef's Creations. Professionally trained by Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, Chef Collins has cooked with several of Dallas renown Restaurant Chefs, Sports Athletes, Corporate Owners, A-list Celebrities and has appeared on ION TV Network with a season running commercial.
